What You'll Do: As a Sales/Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our future clients. You’ll be the helpful and friendly voice they hear on the other end of the line. It’s your chance to make an unforgettable first impression while helping people find the cleaning service they never knew they needed! Your role will be all about:

Engaging prospects with helpful, friendly, professional, and persuasive communication
Turning every inquiry into a lasting relationship (and a happy customer!)
Setting fair and transparent pricing, and expectations
Following up with clients to keep the love going and schedule their next cleaning

Who You Are: You’re a pro at making conversations flow naturally, but you’ve also mastered the art of our script (we’ve got the perfect framework for you!). You are:

Enthusiastic, helpful, and always putting your best foot forward
A sales pro with at least 1 year of experience (bonus points if you speak Spanish!)
Able to handle incoming calls, emails, chats, and texts with ease (and a smile!)
Ready to make an impression that will keep clients coming back

Location: Alexandria, VA 22304 (you’ll be working with an awesome team in person!)
Work Hours: Full-Time 40 hours per week or work Part-Time around YOUR schedule (We like consistency, but we also like a fun, flexible vibe!)
Experience: At least 1 year in sales
Education: Associate's degree preferred (but if you’re a Rockstar, we’ll notice!)
