The Role
This is a sales job, not a receptionist job. You'll own our inbound pipeline: take warm leads, build trust fast, and convert them from one-time cleans into long-term recurring clients. We don't micromanage. We want someone who loves the phone, is relentless about follow-up, and is driven by their numbers.

What You'll Do
- Convert inbound leads: respond quickly to warm residential and commercial leads by phone and text, listen, and close.
- Own the follow-up: work pending estimates and one-time clients until they become weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly accounts. The fortune is in the follow-up.
- Track your numbers daily: leads received, one-time bookings, and recurring conversion rate. If it isn't tracked, it didn't happen.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in phone sales, inside sales, or customer service, with measurable results you can talk about
- A warm, confident phone presence that puts people at ease about letting someone into their home
- Comfort with CRM, texting platforms, and scheduling software
- Self-drive: you see the gaps, make the calls, and don't need to be pushed
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Compensation
- Base pay of $20–$22/hr, depending on experience
- Uncapped commission on every booking, with the biggest payouts for recurring accounts
- Retention bonuses for accounts that stay with us
- Your role and earnings grow as we grow
